Management Team
Manilynn Disuanco – Born and raised in Los Angeles, I graduated from UCLA with a Biology degree in 2010. On campus I was involved with student government and the cultural club, Samahang Pilipino.
Working with Team Tag has been one of the most enriching learning experiences, something I couldn’t get inside a classroom. It is rare to find a company that values not only leadership skills, but the development and growth of a person as a whole. In my short time here I have definitely grown into a more confident and competent entrepreneur and individual. I am grateful for having the opportunity everyday to have one-on-one coaching and mentoring from top leaders in our business. It is exciting not only to learn so many valuable skills but to be able to have the opportunity to pass along this knowledge to others.

Jaime Hepp – Born in Saskatchewan, Canada, Jaime started his entrepreneurial ventures early in college. Jaime started a coupon sales business in Vancouver, BC in 1994. Clients were scarce in the beginning as he and his colleagues had a very limited track record of success, however, Jaime’s persistence paid off. Jaime’s coupon distributorship acquired contracts with pro sports teams, restaurants, golf courses, ski resorts, and hotels. He expanded his business throughout all of Canada. In 1998, Jaime wanted to try his luck in the United States. Jaime moved to Los Angeles in 1998 to start Team TAG with the intention of delivering sales and consulting needs to Fortune 500 companies, develop young entrepreneurs to expand the organization globally, and to develop an army of employees to serve communities all across the United States.

Helen Davidov – Born in Ukraine, Helen joined Team TAG in 2001. She started as an Entry Level Account Representative on our Stamps.com campaign. With her expertise in sales and negotiating, Helen moved in to a recruiting role. Helen excelled brilliantly in this new role and helped Team TAG expand from the West Coast to the East Coast. Today Helen serves our team of executives with consultative services in finances, operational strategies, and administration.

Mirza Ulasoglu – Born in Istanbul, Mirza studied Manufacturing Systems Engineering at Sabanci University, Turkey. Mirza moved to Los Angeles in 2008, where he studied Marketing & Advertising at UCLA Extension. In 2010, Mirza joined Team TAG as an Entry Level Account Representative. Because of Mirza’s hard work and dedication, Team TAG sponsored Mirza on an H1B visa. Mirza is a huge asset to our team; he is helping us expand our business throughout the US. We look forward to international expansion with Mirza.

Ellesse Wong – I grew up in Bakersfield, California, and in 2011, I graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a degree in Sociology. During the three summers of college, I had an internship with The Southwestern Company, which is a publishing company based out of Nashville, Tennessee. In this internship, I was an independent contractor in direct sales of educational products. Over the three summers, I approached 10,000 families from various socioeconomic backgrounds, learned many success principles (i.e. positive attitude, goal setting, and personal motivation), and executed all ordering, inventory, sales, accounting, presentation, and delivery of the products.
What I enjoy about my experience with Team TAG is the chance to grow in all aspects in life: socially, mentally, physically, and spiritually. Socially, Team TAG genuinely cares about each person in the office. No one is a mere number in the office, but each are given an equal chance to grow and learn principles that create a successful person/business. Mentally, the business trains an individual to grow in tenacity and principles that transcends to all realms of life. On a daily basis, I am taught a new success principle and challenged by ideas of John Maxwell and Franklin Covey. Physically, the team grows together by participating activities together that creates an environment of close camaraderie like basketball team nights or office olympics. Then spiritually, it allows for each person to give back to the community. Team TAG participates in many local charities and organizations like Boys and Girls Club in Venice, Operation Smile, Breast Cancer Awareness, and the AIDS Walk. Overall, I love how Team TAG is sharpening my communication, management, training, and leadership skills, which can be transferred to anything I choose to pursue in life. Today, Ellesse acts as the lead recruiter and talent scout for Team TAG’s entry level and management positions.

As a young entrepreneur, Sam didn’t want to settle down with a large company in Corporate America. Instead, Sam contacted Team TAG and has grown in leadership and management positions. Sam helped Team TAG open offices in Burbank, New Jersey, Manhattan, and Los Angeles. His goals are to help Team TAG expand in Europe and Asia – where he could use his expertise in leadership and consulting to drive expansion.
