Rachael Dickhute – “I am originally from Fairfax, VA. I spent seven months living in Spain playing soccer for an international team recruited out of high school. After coming back to the US, I moved to Los Angeles to attend the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. I majored in fashion marketing and worked in public relations for two years producing and directing runway shows and photo shoots.

Realizing my urge to be a successful business owner, I decided to move my career towards my passion for running my own business. While working with TAG, I have developed my skills in leadership, delegation, planning and organization. I continue to learn from successful owners both in and outside of the business daily, helping me further my efforts to one day run my own business.”

Tudor Grecescu – Born in Bucharest and moved to Paris at the age of 3. He attended high school and middle school in Montreal, after which he decided to take his talents across the border to study business administration and entrepreneurship at the University of Southern California. During his time at USC, Tudor pole vaulted for the track team, was involved in fraternity life and started an event planning and promotion company as well as a sunglass brand. Tudor’s strong interpersonal abilities and entrepreneurial background are important assets to Team TAG’s recruitment and sales growth.

Eric Denq – I graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in International Business and Marketing. During my time at the University, I helped develop the first Asian-interest fraternity in the southeast. Upon graduation, I worked with AT&T and Nortel, providing marketing and sales support for their b2b telecommunications division.

In 2010, I moved to Los Angeles and began working with Team TAG. What I enjoy most about TAG is the opportunity for professional and personal growth. Every day I am presented with new challenges in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Through my experience at TAG, I’ve had the opportunity to work with amazing coaches. They have helped me acquire essential leadership skills that will one day allow me to run my own organization. My goal is to build a strong organization here in the United States, then expand to emerging markets in China and Taiwan.

Donielle Brickner – Originally from Northern California, Donielle moved to Los Angeles in 2003 and worked her way up the retail management ladder at Express, Cathy Jean, and Coach. Donielle made a name for herself developing top talent staffs for these high fashion companies as a recruiter and trainer. With her intense store management experience and passion for developing people, Team TAG brought Donielle in to help lead us to national and international expansion.

Heather Corbin – I graduated from the University of California, Davis with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. During my time at Davis, I competed on the Varsity Women’s Crew Team, and in my third year studied abroad in Sienna, Italy. After graduating with Honors, I took a break from school and worked to pursue my passion for horses by riding and training at the professional level. Now I find myself with Team TAG. I love the fun-loving and competitive team atmosphere, and I am motivated by working with a group of diverse and enthusiastic people.

Eseniya Matvelieva – Originally from Turkmenistan, Yesa graduated from University of Southern Indiana with majors in Accounting and Marketing. She proven to be a great asset to the team, of which her greatest strengths are initiative taking and her aggressive student mentality. Today, Yesa is one of the top leaders in the company. She keeps growing personally and professionally by developing young entrepreneurs within the organization.

Tina McDonald – Born in Warminster, Pennsylvania, Tina moved to Los Angeles in 2004 to pursue her education. She graduated from California State University Long Beach with a double Bachelors in Communications and Film. She worked as a college recruiter for California State University Los Angeles where she developed a great track record for attracting the top talented scholars. Detail oriented and character driven, she trained novice recruiters into leadership positions. She began with Team TAG as an Entry Level Account Representative and quickly advanced to a team management role.

Joanna Riley (New York, NY) – I was born and raised in San Francisco, CA. In 1995 I attended Kent boarding school in Kent, CT where I started my rowing career. I was on the USA Junior National Rowing Team from 1998-2000. In July of 2004, as an employee of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, I was not satisfied with my opportunities for growth so I decided to pursue a new career. At this point I was introduced to TAG. TAG is compiled of some of the most impressive individuals I ever seen working together. The camaraderie and sheer determination to be successful is contagious and spreads throughout the office. I have built some amazing relationships with the individuals at TAG, which I count on as I continue to progress through the company. TAG has also allowed me the opportunity to expand my talent by sending me to conferences to hear such speakers as; Rudy Giuliani, Zig Ziegler, General Tommy Franks, and more, as well as extensive traveling to a number of other offices.

Joe Rost – “I attended the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in Marketing. During my time at TAG, I have been able to apply my degree while still being able to learn on a daily basis. My favorite part of TAG is the team atmosphere that is shared through the office.”

Sarah Contrucci – “I received my Bachelors of Science in Marketing and Art from Azusa Pacific University. I was heavily involved with the Orientation Program, construction and development in underprivileged areas of Mexico, and recruiting in Undergraduate Admissions. After graduating, I began my pursuit of finding a company that focused on caring and investing in individuals, while upholding the values of integrity that are sometimes scarce in the business world. Joining TAG. in September 2007, I began as an account representative. Passionate about helping leaders grow into their greatest potential and turning their entrepreneurial dreams into reality, I moved into administration. I am excited to be a part of an energetic team that is focused on national and international expansion and the virtue of helping others succeed in order to gain personal success.”

David Wang – I joined TAG shortly after I received my bachelor degree at Azusa Pacific University, and TAG has been my home for past 11 months. What I got the most out of TAG is comfort zone expansion and leadership skills. Before I started working with TAG, I had a hard time communicating with strangers. However, because of the training at TAG, I was able to develop a proven track record of something I fear the most – expanding my comfort zone by talking to business owners on a daily basis. Furthermore, through TAG, I had the chance to be immersed in the teachings by leadership giants such as John C. Maxwell and Stephen Covey daily. The raw business experience TAG provides has equipped me with skill sets such as time and priority management, communication skills, sales, entrepreneurial spirit, and tenacity. I have no doubt in my mind that I can take these transferable skills to the next chapter of my life.

AJames Hill – While with Jaime and TAG, I learned the importance of mentorship and association, getting back up one more time than you are knocked down, and thinking BIG. I also learned the habit of continuous personal development through reading books and asking quality questions. Thanks to Jaime’s example, I currently own a successful financial services company with offices throughout the country. The principles he teaches transfer over to ANY viable business and the atmosphere at TAG is extremely conducive to learning and applying these principles.

Andrea Vehovec – I was born and raised in Belgrade, Serbia and I moved to Los Angeles in 2006 to attend University of Southern California. I graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences with an emphasis in Economics. During my four years at USC I competed on a Division I Varsity Rowing Team. What I enjoy the most about working at TAG is the opportunity for personal and professional growth and the amazing work environment.

Adrienne Smith – I am a graduate of California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelors of Science in Food Administration and Dietetics with a minor in Chemistry. Before my career with Team TAG, I worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in their management training program and at the W Hotel in Miami as a bartender. I am very proud to be a part of this organization. I find the team genuinely cares about other people’s success – they care about personal growth and creating whole people inside and outside of the office.

Pietra Ingenito – I attended Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) and graduated in three years with a major in Mass Communications; concentration in Public Relations and Criminal Justice. Upon finding TAG, I worked for a non-profit trade association. At TAG, I get to work alongside people that are not only my colleagues, but people that I consider being amazing friends. TAG is one of the very few companies that encourage personal and professional growth while teaching you the skills to reach your goals.

Isiah Campbell (Graduate from Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA) – Working at Team TAG is not for the faint at heart; the job is not for everyone. My experience was rewarding because the skills that I developed have enriched my life and given me more confidence in my abilities. For example, I became a more competent communicator as a result of the sales training. Moreover, I learned that the ways to overcome obstacles are by setting goals and thinking bigger than the obstacles. I had many talents and skills before I worked for TAG, however, I was able to enhance my abilities and I gained new ones, after becoming a part of the agency. A few years after leaving the agency, I opened two of my own mortgage offices in Sacramento, CA. My life was positively impacted by the folks from Team TAG. I would recommend this company for people who are really talented and determined to succeed.
